The King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC) is searching for a candidate who will be responsible for developing and implementing Human Capital strategies, policies and processes that support Center objectives and values. Responsibilities include: Lead and participate in workforce planning, Build and champion the Centers Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Development and Performance Management policies and processes to support Center objectives, Maintain organizational structure by ensuring that job descriptions remain current for all positions, Maintain employee benefits and employee relations programs, Serve as coach and expert facilitator of the selection and interviewing process, and Ensure legal compliance by: monitoring and implementing applicable Human Resource policies and procedures; conducting investigations; maintaining records; and representing the organization in legal actions.

Minimum Requirements: • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field is required for position; prefer a graduate degree• Minimum ten (10) years of Human Resources experience with increasing levels of responsibility • Proven knowledge of the Saudi Labor Laws and Litigation Regulations• Experience in representing labor cases with Commission for the Settlement of Labor Disputes • Proven ability to Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs • Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and effectively deliver results which help to achieve organizational objectives• Proven ability to effectively coach and develop staff• Proven ability to work independently and to lead teams• Proven ability to manage and work in a multi-national workforce• Preferred Certifications: SPHR, PHR or other international Human Resources certification. • Excellent command of oral and written English is required
